Our accountants handle all of your daily accounting needs and communications with you.  We work with you to process invoices and statements, accounts payable, cash receipts and disbursements, and payroll, as well as prepare bank reconciliations and recurring reports.  Our service is designed to help manage and improve your cashflow by providing real time information needed for monitoring and decision making. 

All Outsourced Accounting Clients are provided with access to our Myrick Technology Package.  This allows us to provide you with access to software and technology solutions we will use together so that you have access to your information at your convenience.  Access your documents anytime and anywhere, 24/7, using your iPhone or iPad, or an increasing number of other smart phones.

The monthly charge for the Myrick Technology Package is $149 for the first user.  You can add additional users at the fee of $95 per user and includes access to the following applications:

• QuickBooks Premier Accountant Edition hosted on-line
• Bill.com - for accounts payable processing and vendor document management
• Client portal - for document sharing, management, and file storage

We will determine the specific service fee structure that is appropriate for your business during our initial consultations.  We are experts at what we do, and we specialize in finding ways to streamline business processes and procedures.  Our clients generally find that the cost of our services is less expensive that hiring an employee to provide the same level and quality of work.  In addition, we take the burden of ongoing management and supervision off of your plate, so you can focus on growing your business.  As a general guideline, our Outsourced Accounting Services start at $1,000 per month for our growing clients and fees vary depending on number of transactions and level of complexity.  Our clients find that we help to increase their profits and improve their internal efficiences significantly.  Many clients have found that over time our services are less costly than hiring full-time staff internally.  Clients also love the turn-key access to our technology solutions.
